Kids Club - Term 4 Date: 06/10/2017

The weather is warming up and Kids Club is back!  Kids Club will run every Saturday morning, commencing 14th October throughout Term 4; 8:30am to 10am.

Sessions can be booked individually for $40 per session (maximum 35 kids per session). All tickets are purchased in store or over the phone (payment must be made at the time of booking). The price includes helmet, jacket, basic wakeboard, kneeboard and obstacle boards. During the session we offer tuition on the beginner lake and the main lake.  The main lake will be run at a slower speed, making it easier for everyone to learn and have fun.

We have a limited supply of wetsuits so we recommend that children bring their own if required. They will be available to hire for $10 for the session on a first come first served basis. The price includes a soft drink (water or juice) and a sausage sizzle after riding. The café will be open from 9am for any parents or spectators who would like coffee or breakfast.

Bookings are essential as places are limited. Full payment is needed to secure your space. Bookings can be made over the phone on 95242884 or in person at the park.

We are running Grom Club on a wednesday afternoon from 4pm until dark, starting on Wednesday 27th September and continuing through the summer.  Grom Club is for riders aged 10-16 that are riding on the main cable during full speed sessions and want to improve their skills.

The session cost is $45 ($35 for Discount Pass holders) and obstacle board hire is $10.  Full members are welcome to ride included in their membership.

An instructor will be running the sessions and will focus on areas of improvement, from consistent dock starts through to rails and kicker hits.

The goal is to start the riders on a structured learning path and then have competitions as the summer progresses.

Do you want to get into cable wakeboarding but the up front costs are stopping you from getting involved?  We now offer direct debit memberships with easy weekly payments.

Right now we are building obstacles, setting up the web site, finishing the final bits and pieces on the building and getting organised ready for opening. The web site will go live at the beginning of September. It will include all the pricing and opening information. There will be a window of around 2 weeks for people to purchase a limited amount of full season passes online. The riders who purchase full season passes will have exclusive access to the park for 2 weeks before the park opens officially to all types of tickets at the beginning of October. See you soon.

The cable systems are up, the car park is being laid and the recent rains have started to fill the lakes. We still need plenty more rain to fall before we can fine tune the main cable and float the docks into position but we are starting to see the finishing line. Opening date is still expected to be sometime in August/September. We will keep you updated with information about season passes and opening dates etc when we have these finalised.

The cable systems are on their way from Germany and are due to be installed in May. We require the winter rains to fill the lakes, during which time we will finish the remaining construction jobs and prepare our administration. We are hoping to open to season pass holders sometime in August, with a full opening to the general public in September. We will let everyone know when these limited number of passes are available closer to the opening date.
