Faq’s

Please read the following carefully as we have recently made changes to the way we operate at PWP. Bookings are not required to ride on the main lake. Your time starts from the first time you scan in and you keep riding until the staff on the dock inform you that it is your last ride. For the Cable Wakeboard Intro lessons, Kids Club and certain special events, we now take bookings.  Click on the TICKETS tab to find the ticket or membership that suits you.

Yes. Basic wakeboards and kneeboards are included in the price of your ticket. You also get the mandatory helmet and vest. Please note that these are not for use on any of our obstacles. We have obstacle boards for hire for an extra cost. Please head to our equipment hire page for our latest range and pricing.

Yes, we have a selection of O’Neill wetsuits to hire. The cost to hire these is on our prices page. We do recommend you bring your own wetsuits through the winter months if you have them.

Our opening hours change with the seasons and if there are any special events. Go to the Opening Hours page for the complete listing.

PWP is located just off the freeway, on the corner of Mundijong Rd and St Albans Rd in Baldivis.

The minimum age is 6 years old. We recommend the minimum age to be 6 – 8 years old on the Beginner Lake and 8 – 10 years old on the Main Lake. However, this is a guide only and eligibility needs to be based on the individual child’s water competency and water confidence.

Anyone that wants to ride at Perth Wake Park must watch the safety video, register an account and sign the waiver. Riders over the age of 18 need their own account to sign the waiver. Riders under 18 will need a parent or guardian to create an account, sign the waiver on their behalf detailing their name and date of birth. We strongly recommend that this is done before arriving at the park to save time.

Kiteboards, surfboards and alternative craft are NOT permitted at the wake park for safety reasons. You are welcome to bring your own wake board. If you want to hit our obstacles, you will need proper bindings and remove any removable fins. Please be aware that hitting obstacles may cause board damage for which Perth Wake Park is not liable. Boards with footstraps are unable to be used on any obstacles.

Yes, we hire out the cable from 8-10am (before we are open to the public). Please email us at info@perthwakepark.com.au for more details.

Yes. It’s not a swimming pool, it is a man made, clay lined lake.  It’s large enough for water movement and customer participation along with natural water salinity to keep the lakes clean.  We have our own water testing program and the City of Rockingham in conjunction with the Department of Health regularly tests our water for microbiology.

We’ve recently been making some changes to our website to facilitate online bookings for certain tickets and create a more streamlined ticket purchasing process. Our new waiver will help check-in customers faster and ensure their time at the Park is seamless and enjoyable this summer.

If you are a current or previous customer, we will require you to sign a new waiver on the new system. This will ensure we can get you on the water during your next visit as fast as possible. All waivers are easily accessible directly via our website. Anyone over 18 can sign their own, anyone under 18 will need to be added as a minor under a parent or legal guardians account. This is an electronic process, we will not require a physical copy.

Users can no longer log into the old site. If you have a ticket from the old system, we can still locate and activate these in store. Please bring your email or ticket ID with you. If you would like us to book you into a Cable Wakeboard Intro that now requires an online booking, please email us so we can help. Gift Cards with a code can be redeemed in the new system.

If you need to contact us, please email us at info@perthwakepark.com.au or give us a call on 08 95242884.

Spectators are free to enter the Park. We have a cafe, a bar area and extensive shaded areas to relax and watch the action.

Tickets are not attached to a name until someone has checked in.  Anyone can use a ticket you have purchased, just ensure they bring the booking confirmation with them.  We also do Gift Cards online and in store.  These produce a 10 digit code that can be used during the payment process both online and in store. Head to the GIFT CARDS page

No. Smoking is not permitted at the Park.  We ask that everyone respects this rule and does not drop cigarette butts in the carpark or out on the road. Vaping is allowed with respect shown to other Park users.
